JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 8 AM: A foggy commute and some accidents are causing some jam packed roadways Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n
Two lanes on Interstate 295 northbound at the Dames Point Bridge are blocked due to an accident. Traffic is backed up there all the way to I-295 at Atlantic Boulevard.<\/p>\n
Two lanes are also blocked on Blanding Boulevard.<\/p>\n
