Apopka-Vineland Road to build 51 detached single-family homes on approximately 21 acres.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h915704-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">The property is west of State Road 91, south of Steer Lake Road and east of South Apopka-Vineland Road.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h915704-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">The property currently is zoned for A-1, which is Citrus Rural District, and R-CE, which is Country Estate District.
