Reggae Rise Up,<\/a> the ultimate heady spring break has finally arrived, and downtown St. Pete has come to embrace this nearly weeklong takeover of downtown.<\/p>\n

Stacked from to back, the lineup has quite a few heavyweights\u2014including 311, Slightly Stoopid, and a revamped Rome Ramirez-less Sublime (pictured)\u2014along with stuff for the hip-hop heads thanks to Cypress Hill and the surviving members of De la Soul (RIP Trugoy).<\/p>\n
