Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sebastian River<\/a>). Everything went their way against the Port St. Lucie Jaguars<\/a> on Thursday as they made off with a 16-2 win. With that victory, the Sharks brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.<\/p>\n Warren Fitz<\/a> and Julius Lewis<\/a> did most of the damage at the plate: Fitz went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs, while Lewis went 2-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. That’s the most hits Lewis has posted since back in March of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Seagraves<\/a>, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.<\/p>\n Sebastian River always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .541. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Port St. Lucie only posted an OBP of .167.<\/p>\n Sebastian River’s win bumped their record up to 5-3-1. As for Port St. Lucie, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That’s put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.<\/p>\n Sebastian River will welcome Rockledge at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Port St. Lucie, they are taking a road trip to challenge Jensen Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
