The event description on the convention website currently reads:<\/p>\n<p>Relive the adventure, comedy, and desert chaos of The Mummy with members of the beloved cast. Expect behind the scenes shenanigans, action packed memories, and stories that bring the spirit of the 1999 classic roaring back to life.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing, Brendan Fraser is notably absent from the panel discussion on the conference schedule. The site does suggest that he will still be in attendance at MEGACON Orlando, however, along with the other cast members listed.<\/p>\n<p>In another exhibition of MEGACON this month in Cleveland, the full cast, including Fraser, is scheduled for a panel discussion together.<\/p>\n<p>The panel description from the MEGACON Cleveland event details:<\/p>\n<p>Join us for an unforgettable journey back to ancient Egypt as we reunite the legendary cast of The Mummy for a thrilling panel discussion. Notably, these experiences are offered as add-ons to regular convention admission, <a href=\"https:\/\/fanexpohq.com\/megaconorlando\/celebrities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">with pricing varying by celebrity.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The reunion is especially notable for Orlando-area fans, as Universal Orlando Resort \u2013 located near the convention center \u2013 features the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universalorlando.com\/web\/en\/us\/things-to-do\/rides-attractions\/revenge-of-the-mummy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">Revenge of the Mummy<\/a> indoor roller coaster inspired by the film series. <\/p>\n<p>MEGACON Orlando itself is one of the largest fan conventions in the United States, celebrating comics, sci-fi, anime, gaming, horror, and other pop-culture fandoms.
