Hialeah-Miami Lakes<\/a> won the last time they faced Miami Country Day<\/a> and things went their way on Friday too. The Trojans walked away with a 9-6 victory over the Spartans. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.<\/p>\n Hialeah-Miami Lakes saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Felix Puello<\/a>, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases. That’s the most stolen bases Puello has posted since back in March of 2025.<\/p>\n Puello wasn’t the only one making solid contact: Hialeah-Miami Lakes kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. The team’s really been improving in that area: they’ve now improved their hit total in three consecutive matchups.<\/p>\n Hialeah-Miami Lakes’ win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Miami Country Day, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.<\/p>\n Coming up, Hialeah-Miami Lakes will host American at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Miami Country Day, they will head out to face off against Downtown Doral at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
