Hospitality company\u00a0Ennismore and developer PMG have launched sales at Delano Residences & Hotel Miami, a 90-story supertall tower that will rise near Miami\u2019s other supertall<\/a> project, the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel & Residences<\/a>,\u00a0on Biscayne Boulevard\u00a0downtown.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The property, which\u00a0represents\u00a0the first Delano-branded\u00a0residences\u00a0in Miami, will offer 421\u00a0units, with\u00a0prices for studios starting at $800,000. PMG Residential\u00a0is handling\u00a0sales, which began last week.\u00a0The tower was designed by conceptual artist Carlos Ott and architectural firm CUBE 3.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe launch of Delano\u2019s first branded\u00a0residences\u00a0marks a defining moment for the brand, extending its legacy of authentic hospitality, cultural relevance and exceptional design into the residential experience,\u201d said Phil\u00a0Zrihen, deputy group CEO of Ennismore.\u00a0\u201cMiami has always been central to Delano\u2019s evolution, and there is no place better suited to translate the brand\u2019s ethos, creative energy and emphasis on human connection into everyday living.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The project\u00a0will feature an array of amenities, including the first observation deck in Miami,\u00a0comprising\u00a0a cantilevered glass floor situated 850 feet\u00a0above the city. Residents will\u00a0have access to an 800-foot-high Sky Pool, fitness center with\u00a0spaand\u00a0several dining options, including\u00a0Cafe Delano, an all-day signature restaurant, a sky restaurant and the Rose Bar, which reimagines a similar venue at\u00a0the\u00a0historic\u00a0Delano Miami Beach\u00a0hotel, set to reopen\u00a0later this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cFor decades, Delano has been one of the most influential brands in shaping Miami\u2019s identity,\u201d PMG Managing Partner Ryan Shear said. \u201cAs someone born and raised here,\u00a0I\u2019ve\u00a0seen firsthand the cultural impact it created \u2014 from its iconic\u00a0MiMo\u00a0roots to Philippe Starck\u2019s whimsical design and the high-profile nightlife that helped define Miami on a global stage.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Residences will come in layouts ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, all of which will have interiors by Meyer Davis<\/a> featuring Italkraft custom kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and Waterworks bathroom fixtures. Some residences will have deeded, glass-encased, fully furnished office suites.\u00a0<\/p>\n
