This performance reflects the Division\u2019s continued focus on timely, predictable service for builders, residents, and businesses.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"\">Key\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pub-capecoral.escribemeetings.com\/FileStream.ashx?DocumentId=37248\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">2025 permitting achievements<\/a>\u00a0include:\u200b<\/p>\n<p>73,401 building permit reviews completed, demonstrating strong capacity to support growth and development.\u200b<br \/>\nNearly 68 percent of permits were approved on the first review (excluding push-button permits), highlighting efficient, high-quality plan review.\u200b<br \/>\nInternal calendar-day deadlines met on more than 94 percent of individual reviews, exceeding the statutory standards the City is required to follow.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"\">This exceptionally high level of\u00a0attainment\u00a0underscores the effectiveness of recent investments in process improvements, staffing alignment, and customer-facing technology.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"\">The Development Services Division continues to refine permitting workflows, expand use of online services, and collaborate with industry partners to maintain strong performance in 2026 and beyond.
