Another West Coast billionaire has spent another colossal sum for a grand Florida home \u2014 but this time he isn\u2019t moving from California.<\/p>\n
The Wall Street Journal reports<\/a> that Howard Schultz, the former chairman and CEO of Seattle coffee giant Starbucks, has splashed out $44 million for a penthouse at the Surf Club, Four Seasons Private Residences in Surfside \u2014 a luxury oceanside development north of Miami Beach that debuted nearly a decade ago. <\/p>\n He and his wife, Sheri, will have a roughly 5,500-square-foot aerie with five bedrooms and an ocean view.
