Broward County Jail<\/p>\n<p>Her sister\u2019s boyfriend told investigators that when the siblings fought inside the home, he \u201cattempted to separate them\u2026 to a couch in the backyard,\u201d according to an arrest report <a href=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/news\/local\/2026\/03\/11\/broward-woman-grins-in-mugshot-after-shooting-sister-cops-say\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">obtained by WPLG<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c(He) reported that during the altercation, the defendant produced an unknown make\/model firearm and shot the victim in the shoulder at close range,\u201d the Broward County Sheriff\u2019s Office wrote in the report.<\/p>\n<p>A neighbor called 911 reporting \u201ca lady across the street \u2026 screaming\u201d after a \u201cpop\u201d like a gunshot just before 4 a.m. Monday, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>The neighbor told deputies that a woman had been \u201cbanging on her front\u201d before jumping in a car and speeding away, leaving behind a blood-stained backpack in the yard.<\/p>\n<p>The neighbor directed responding officers to the sisters\u2019 home, and when they knocked, Dybkowska answered the door \u2014 revealing \u201cblood on the floor\u201d inside, the report states.<\/p>\n<p>She repeatedly refused to come outside, \u201cpulling away as deputies attempted to detain her. She was ultimately secured in handcuffs,\u201d cops said.<\/p>\n<p>Dybkowska\u2019s three children were found in the home unharmed.
