Among
\nthe noteworthy deals of the past week was MHG Hotels\u2019 acquisition of the Aloft
\nFort Lauderdale Airport for $33.25 million. <\/p>\n

FORT
\nLAUDERDALE, Florida \u2014 Boca Raton, Florida-based MHG Hotels acquired the 138-key
\nAloft Fort Lauderdale Airport from an undisclosed seller for $33.25 million.<\/p>\n

The
\nMarriott-branded hotel opened in late 2023 and is near Fort
\nLauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades, Las Olas Boulevard
\nand the Greater Fort Lauderdale\/Broward County Convention Center.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThis
\nacquisition supports our continued growth in strong, high-demand markets,\u201d said
\nSanjay Patel, president and CEO of MHG Hotels. \u201cSouth Florida remains an
\nimportant hospitality destination, and we are excited to expand our presence in
\nthe Fort Lauderdale area.\u201d<\/p>\n
