ST. PETERSBURG, FL \u2014 Naked Farmer<\/a> has set the reopening date for its downtown St. Petersburg flagship location following a $1.5 million renovation and complete redesign, according to multiple reports. <\/p>\n

The fast-casual, farm-to-table chain known for using locally sourced ingredients will reopen its location at 200 Central Ave. on March 27, Naked Farmer founder Jordan Johnson told the Tampa Bay Business Journal.<\/a><\/p>\n

The location closed about eight months ago for the renovation project, which included building a larger kitchen, incorporating more earth tones and soft textures into its design, and increasing the space from 400 to 1,800 square feet, reports said. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis location is where our story really began,\u201d Johnson said, according to I Love the Burg<\/a>. \u201cOver the years, the St. Pete community has shown up for us in a big way. As demand grew, we knew we needed to rebuild the space to support the volume while improving the guest experience and kitchen operations.\u201d<\/p>\n

Naked Farmer has seven Florida locations, including the soon-to-reopen downtown St. Petersburg restaurant, and one in Charlotte, North Carolina. <\/p>\n

The brand will also open a second St. Pete location at 2631 4th Street N, the former home of the health-conscious burger chain Evos, Creative Loafing said<\/a>. It\u2019s expected to open this summer. <\/p>\n

The company will also open two locations in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as restaurants in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens this summer, according to its website. A Wesley Chapel eatery is expected to open in early 2027.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"ST.
