A\u00a0SpaceX rocket is scheduled to launch from Florida<\/a> early on Friday morning, with its flight path expected to be visible in the skies<\/a> over Connecticut shortly after launch.<\/p>\n

And according to one local meteorologist, the launch will far surpass another rocket launch<\/a> that was visible in the skies above the state earlier this month.<\/p>\n

As of Thursday afternoon, SpaceX, the company of the world’s richest man<\/a>, Elon Musk, is scheduled to launch<\/a> its Falcon 9 Rocket around 6 a.m. on Friday from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, in Cape Canaveral, Fla.<\/p>\n

The rocket launch, which was initially set for Thursday, will bring 29 Starlink satellites into low Earth orbit. It will be the sixth flight for the first-stage booster supporting that mission, the company said. After launching, the first stage will land on the drone ship, “Just Read the Instructions,” stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.<\/p>\n

According to a Facebook post by meteorologist Kevin Arone, the rocket should be visible in Connecticut’s southeastern sky four to eight minutes after it launches.<\/p>\n

“Sunrise Friday is at 7:07AM so this should make for an awesome show,” Arone wrote. “Much better than the last. You’re not going to want to miss it!”<\/p>\n

Connecticut residents spotted the white cone of exhaust<\/a> from a SpaceX rocket two weeks ago when it sped across the state’s skyline.<\/p>\n
