KISSIMMEE, Fla. \u2013 Hamburger Mary\u2019s has officially found a new home.<\/p>\n

In an announcement on social media<\/a>, the bar and restaurant chain known for its drag shows and flamboyant dining experience, said it\u2019s moving into Kissimmee\u2019s Old Town complex.<\/p>\n

After it closing its downtown Orlando location<\/a> in May 2024, the restaurant announced that it was eyeing Kissimmee<\/a>. The owners said it will occupy the former Shoney\u2019s restaurant near the front of Old Town, just off U.S. 192.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are so excited, but we have work to do before we get open, to turn a Shoney\u2019s into a colorful and vibrant new Hamburger Mary\u2019s location that we know you will love,\u201d the post states. <\/p>\n

No grand opening date has been set, and the restaurant told followers it needs time to renovate the space.<\/p>\n

The closure of Hamburger Mary\u2019s downtown Orlando location drew attention after the chain successfully sued the DeSantis administration<\/a> over a law that restricted certain live performances.<\/p>\n

Hamburger Mary\u2019s operates as a locally owned chain with several U.S. locations.<\/p>\n
