A handful of days into the NFL’s free agency period, and there are still a few of the Jacksonville Jaguars’<\/a> own free agents who remain unsigned<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Jaguars entered the offseason with a relatively small free agent class, and GM James Gladstone has brought several of those players back, including, most recently, Montaric Brown, Dennis Gardeck, and Quintin Morris.<\/p>\n As far as outside additions go for the Jaguars, it’s been a quiet free agency. Gladstone recently explained<\/a> why that’s the case.<\/p>\n Below is a look at which Jaguars’ free agents are still searching for a landing spot.<\/p>\n WR Dyami Brown<\/p>\n As the 2025 season progressed, Brown’s role was reduced and eventually became nonexistent, with him even being a healthy scratch in some games. Brown caught 20 passes on 37 targets for 227 yards with a touchdown.<\/p>\n Expert NFL picks: Exclusive betting insights only at USA TODAY.<\/a>DE Emmanuel Ogbah<\/p>\n Like Brown, as the season progressed, Ogbah’s role was significantly reduced as Danny Striggow and BJ Green earned more opportunities. This includes being a healthy scratch on a few occasions. Ogbah finished the season with 16 quarterback pressures, one sack, and 13 tackles, according to\u00a0PFF<\/a>.<\/p>\n DE Dawuane Smoot<\/p>\n Smoot provided Anthony Campanile with a versatile presence up front, lining up at defensive end and in the B-gap regularly and everywhere in between.
