Last November, What Now reported<\/a> on local farm-to-table chain The Naked Farmer\u2019s plans for two launches in St. Pete, with one location set to take over the former Evos space at 2631 Fourth St N, plus the coming relaunch of the Naked Farmer flagship after a $1.5 million renovation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The longstanding downtown St. Pete location will reopen after an 8-month break on March 27. According to coverage<\/a> by Patch, the renovation consisted of \u201cbuilding a larger kitchen, incorporating more earth tones and soft textures into its design, and increasing the space from 400 to 1,800 square feet.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, that\u2019s not the only news Naked Farmer currently has in store. With the St. Pete reopening imminent and the Evos takeover still in progress, Naked Farmer is also planning an expansion to Wesley Chapel, with a new location \u201cComing Early \u201927<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Current Seasonal Highlights from the Naked Farmer menu include the Seared Salmon Salad (Faroe Island Salmon, Sesame Crunch, Chimi-Lime Avocado, Farm Greens, Chives, Cilantro, Cucumber, Radish, Lime Wedge, Spicy Miso Aioli (Un)dressing), the Skinny Protein Plate (Grass-fed Steak, Rosemary Roasted Chicken Breast, Street Cart Corn, Tomato & Cucumber Salad, Pecan Kale Caesar, Farm Greens, Basil Pesto (Un)dressing), and\u2014\u201cIt\u2019s Back!\u201d\u2014the Southern Comfort Plate (Rosemary Roasted Chicken Breast, Winter Spiced Farro, Pecan Kale Caesar, Mac & Cheese, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Hot Maple Sriracha (Un)dressing).<\/p>\n

\u201cThe future of food is here,\u201d the Naked Farmer website\u00a0says<\/a>. \u201cWe\u2019re a farm-to-table New American restaurant serving seasonal, locally-sourced food from farms close to home. It\u2019s simple: our food is sourced from farmers and partners we know on a first-name basis, brought in from the fields, and cooked by chefs who know their vegetables.\u201d<\/p>\n

Details on the Wesley Chapel location have yet to be announced, so keep an eye out for updates!<\/p>\n
