Marcus, 23, is now charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death after the victim, Joseph Henriquez, 40, died from his injuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">According to deputies, Henriquez was riding his bicycle just before 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 12 when he was struck from the rear by a 2022 Chevy Trailblazer that was heading west on North Palm Aire Drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cHenriquez was propelled off the bicycle into the eastbound lanes of traffic,\u201d BSO spokesman Carey Codd wrote in a news release. \u201cHe was transported to Broward Health North for treatment.
