Investigators said the girl knew suspect Faustino Gonzalez Lopez, 42, as \u201cNacho\u201d from multiple encounters at the neighborhood store over the years. According to a Broward Sheriff\u2019s Office arrest report, she told deputies that he touched her \u201cyoni,\u201d a term she uses for her genitals.<\/p>\n
Investigators said security footage showed Gonzalez Lopez briefly looking around as he approached the young girl at the coffee machines. Deputies said the video then shows him \u201cimmediately\u201d placing his hand around her waist, then placing his head on the right side of the girl\u2019s head \u201cas if he was whispering\u201d something to her.<\/p>\n
Deputies said the video shows Gonzalez Lopez placing his left hand on the girl\u2019s shoulder and helping her make tea. According to the report, the video showed him looking around for the girl\u2019s mother \u2015 who was buying ice \u2015 then caressing the girl\u2019s hair and touching her breast.<\/p>\n
Authorities said he used something falling on the floor as a means to touch the girl\u2019s leg as he picked the item up; they said he then \u201cgrab(bed)\u201d her buttocks. The report states that he then walked away as he saw other customers nearby.<\/p>\n
But then, deputies said, he went back to molest the girl again. Authorities said the video showed Gonzalez Lopez continually looking out for the victim\u2019s mother and other customers as he grabbed the girl\u2019s buttocks and genitals and molested her multiple times, both over and under her clothes.<\/p>\n
Authorities said the video showed Gonzalez Lopez \u201cabruptly stopping\u201d as the girl\u2019s mother entered the frame. She would call BSO and deputies arrested Gonzalez Lopez on five felony charges: Three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under 12 and individual counts of lewd and lascivious conduct and false imprisonment.<\/p>\n
As of Tuesday, Gonzalez Lopez was being held without bond in the BSO Main Jail, according to agency records.<\/p>\n
