Sieger Suarez Architects is the architect, CHM Structural Engineering, LLC is the structural engineer, and Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners are developing the approximately 700-foot-tall structures, which are planned to yield 456 and 550 units, respectively, along with a hospitality-driven program of amenities including dining, entertainment, wellness, and resort-style spaces. John Moriarty &amp; Associates is the general contractor for both towers.<\/p>\n<p>The reinforced concrete superstructure has continued to ascend since our <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2025\/03\/construction-continues-on-e11even-branded-towers-in-downtown-miamis-park-west-neighborhood.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">last update<\/a> nearly a year ago, when vertical construction was just beginning to gain momentum on the Beyond tower. The structure now stands in the low 60-story range, with recent observations indicating floor 62 recently poured and formwork in place for level 63, based on the numbered hoist system visible along the fa\u00e7ade. The uppermost levels are occupied by a dense concentration of formwork, shoring, and exposed vertical reinforcement, signaling that only a limited number of floors remain before the tower reaches its architectural height. Curtain wall installation is finished across most elevations, with only minor panel adjustments and sections of protective film still being removed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" proximity to Brightline\u2019s MiamiCentral station, Kaseya Center, and Museum Park. The surrounding area continues to see a concentration of high-rise residential and mixed-use projects, reinforcing its role as an expanding extension of Downtown Miami.<\/p>\n<p>With E11EVEN\u00ae Club Hotel &amp; Residences nearly complete, the tower offers a clear view of the project\u2019s final architectural expression, which closely aligns with the design shown in the rendering below. The building features a rectilinear massing composed of floor-to-ceiling glass and continuous horizontal balcony bands, forming a uniform grid across the fa\u00e7ade. The curtain wall system appears fully installed, with aluminum framing outlining the glazing and balconies creating a consistent rhythm along the elevations. Along the rear, a continuous concrete wall extends uninterrupted from the podium to the crown, contrasting with the transparency of the primary fa\u00e7ades. Above, a box-like crown element rises over the main roof slab, likely concealing mechanical systems while completing the structure\u2019s silhouette.
