In need of some Florida sunshine? You will soon have a new, convenient option from Dulles International Airport<\/a>. Budget carrier Frontier Airlines is adding nonstop flights to Fort Lauderdale<\/a> starting May 21. <\/p>\n

One-way flights to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport start at $49.<\/p>\n

Frontier is also adding new flights out of airports in Nashville, Tennessee; Dallas; Newark, New Jersey; and Las Vegas. The new routes begin in May and June. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very pleased to announce these new routes, offering more low-cost service across the U.S. just in time for the summer travel season,\u201d Josh Flyr, Frontier\u2019s vice president of network and operations design, said in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Late last year, Frontier Airlines\u00a0also added daily nonstop service to\u00a0San Salvador,<\/a>\u00a0the capital of El Salvador, out of Dulles. <\/p>\n

The airline now offers first-class and upgraded seating options and unlimited companion travel for certain loyalty-level customers.<\/p>\n
