Shedly Apollon’s family shared a new video with CBS12 News<\/a> on Monday, showing baby Ivory being discharged after spending 37 days in the NICU.<\/p>\n Apollon was eight months pregnant when her vehicle veered into a pond off Southeast Cove Road back in early February<\/a>. A bystander, Logan Hayes, jumped into the water and pulled her out as the car filled with water.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen he swung that door open, I was just like, \u2018Okay, you are an angel. In the video shared with CBS12 News, nurses line the hallway, cheering as Ivory is carried out for the first time.<\/p>\n On March 16, 2026, hospital staff in Stuart shared that baby Ivory \u2014 born after her mother Shedly was rescued from a sinking car \u2014 was discharged from the NICU after 37 days, marking a hopeful milestone for the family following last month\u2019s dramatic pond rescue.
