STUART, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 Florida Lieutenant Governor and gubernatorial candidate Jay Collins is set to step inside the shooting range at Ikonick USA on Friday as part of a behind-the-scenes visit to the Martin County firearms and training facility.<\/p>\n

The Lieutenant Governor’s Office said that Collins, a decorated U.S. Army Green Beret<\/a>, will meet with employees, tour the company\u2019s operations, and highlight issues tied to workforce development, manufacturing, and Florida\u2019s Second Amendment-related businesses, according to his campaign. The event runs from 10 to 11 a.m. at Ikonick USA\u2019s location at 2700 SE Willoughby Boulevard in Stuart.<\/p>\n

Ikonick USA, which specializes in firearms, tactical training, and related manufacturing, is the latest stop on Collins\u2019 statewide push to engage with industry leaders ahead of the 2026 governor\u2019s race. His campaign has frequently emphasized small-business growth and veteran-driven workforce development as cornerstones of his platform.<\/p>\n
