PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. \u2013 A man lovingly nicknamed \u201cUncle Dirt\u201d has been identified as one of two victims in a deadly double shooting a week ago outside a Walgreens in Ponte Vedra Beach.<\/p>\n
Jason Chatham\u2019s niece, Aliya Jade, shared a heartfelt message on Facebook this week after the loss of her uncle, who deputies say was fatally shot, along with Melissa Wood<\/a>, by Wood\u2019s boyfriend, 32-year-old Christian Barrios.<\/p>\n Barrios is facing two counts of first-degree murder, among other charges.<\/p>\n A woman killed in a double shooting in Ponte Vedra Beach has been identified in a GoFundMe created by her brother at Melissa Wood. You taught me lessons I\u2019ll never forget,\u201d Jade wrote. \u201cBecause of you, I will push every day to be better. I know my worth.\u201d<\/p>\n Jade said Chatham was \u201cthe life of the party\u201d and lived every day to the fullest.<\/p>\n \u201cI love you forever, and I hope you\u2019re dancing in the sky having the best family reunion there is,\u201d Jade wrote. \u201cI will make sure your light never goes dull here on earth while you\u2019re giving heaven the best party ever.
