{"id":199436,"date":"2026-03-20T17:31:06","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T17:31:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/199436\/"},"modified":"2026-03-20T17:31:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T17:31:06","slug":"remax-miami-home-sales-surge-in-february-south-florida-agent-magazine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/199436\/","title":{"rendered":"REMAX: Miami home sales\u00a0surge\u00a0in\u00a0February\u00a0 &#8211; South Florida Agent Magazine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The pace of Miami home sales\u00a0climbed\u00a013.4%\u00a0month over month\u00a0in\u00a0February,\u00a0according to the latest\u00a0REMAX\u00a0National Housing Report.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Year over year, they were\u00a0up 6.7%,\u00a0rising from 4,642\u00a0transactions to\u00a04,951.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nationally, home sales in the 51\u00a0metro areas surveyed by\u00a0REMAX\u00a0declined\u00a03.2% year over year\u00a0and\u00a0rose 11.1% month over month.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The number of homes for sale nationwide in February rose 7.3% year over year and was flat month over month.
