TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Many Transportation Security Administration employees say the partial government shutdown is becoming difficult.<\/p>\n
In Tallahassee, airport security lines are not as long, but TSA agents are still feeling the effects of the shutdown. <\/p>\n
It\u2019s been more than 30 days since they\u2019ve been paid, and many agents are worried about their insurance policies being canceled since they can\u2019t pay the bill. <\/p>\n
On top of that, TSA agents in Tallahassee are still trying to recover from the last government shutdown. <\/p>\n
Adam Fielder, with Fielder Tree Service, says he wants to help the agents in their time of need by starting a food drive.<\/p>\n
If you would like to donate, you can drop food off at Fielder\u2019s northeast location on Bannerman Road or their Capital Circle Northwest location. <\/p>\n
You can also drop off at the Timberline Road location, across from Gilchrist Elementary School. <\/p>\n
They\u2019ll be open for donations on Saturday, and from 8 until 5 Monday through Friday. <\/p>\n
