Twenty (unnamed) local artists will paint as part of a &#8220;competition&#8221; to see which will be hired to create a mural inside the Roche Bobois apartment tower, which will debut at the site in 2029. Sunday&#8217;s event takes the form of a family-friendly street festival at the location of the soon-to-be-demolished pink buildings.
