(Gray News) \u2014 Troopers in Florida were surprised to see what they believed to be missiles mounted on a man\u2019s pickup truck.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DWMn0asDwDD\/?img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DWMn0asDwDD\/?img_index=1\">Florida Highway Patrol Tampa said<\/a> it received multiple calls from drivers on Interstate 4 about the truck Sunday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Troopers pulled the truck over on SR-39 near Plant City and nicknamed the driver \u201cRocket Man.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Troopers determined the \u201cmissiles\u201d were actually plastic props used for shows and events.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials said that after determining everything was safe, they gave the driver suggestions on how to transport the props so they would not scare other drivers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 Gray Local Media, Inc.
