The tool flagged specific upgrades it believed would deliver the strongest payoff, including repainting select rooms, and built out a step-by-step timeline to guide the listing process.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe repainted a couple of rooms in the house because ChatGPT said that\u2019s where you\u2019re going to get the biggest return on investment,\u201d Levine said.<\/p>\n

The platform also generated marketing copy, helped position the property on the Multiple Listing Service and even advised on timing, suggesting the home go live mid-week to capture maximum attention.<\/p>\n
The result: a rapid-fire response from buyers. <\/p>\n
Within three days of hitting the market, Levine had fielded five separate offers. By the end of the weekend \u2014 just five days after listing \u2014 he had inked a deal, with the contract itself drafted with help from the same AI tool.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt exceeded our expectations,\u201d Levine said.<\/p>\n

While Levine still brought in a lawyer to review the final paperwork, he estimates the tech-driven approach shaved a meaningful chunk off the typical cost of selling.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe estimate that leveraging these AI tools will save us about 3% of the total sale price, which in our case is a meaningful amount of money,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Even so, Levine stopped short of declaring AI a full replacement for human agents, instead framing it as a powerful new layer in the process.<\/p>\n
