Brutton pursued Willoughby on foot,\u201d Caro-Guaraldi wrote in a statement. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">BSO deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue personnel responded shortly after 8:30 p.\u200am. on Sunday near the 300 block of Northwest 29th Terrace. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWitnesses succeeded in stopping Willoughby\u2019s vehicle,\u201d Caro-Guaraldi wrote. \u201cInvestigators say at some point a physical altercation ensued between the two men.
