These documents assert that recipients have outstanding traffic or toll violations and demand immediate payment.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The fraudulent notices closely resemble official government correspondence and may include:<\/p>\n<p>References to Florida Statutes and fabricated case numbers<br \/>\nThreats of license suspension, registration holds, or default judgment<br \/>\nQR codes directing recipients to unauthorized payment portals<br \/>\nUnsolicited \u201chearing dates\u201d or instructions to remit funds immediately<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">These communications are not issued by any Florida court, clerk\u2019s office, or state agency.
