A man accused of having “pink cocaine” and a gun while he was driving the wrong way in Miami was arrested on Tuesday, authorities said.<\/p>\n
Winder Olivares Gonzalez, 26, was charged with cocaine possession with a firearm and not having a valid driver’s license.<\/p>\n
According to Miami Police, an officer spotted a black BMW driving northbound on Northwest 17th Avenue when the driver made a right turn on 35th Street and then went into the opposite lane of traffic.<\/p>\n
An arrest report said that a traffic stop was then conducted, and the officer asked Olivares for his driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration.<\/p>\n
When asked if he had any drugs or guns in the car, Olivares said he didn’t, the report said. The officer then asked if he could search his car, and Olivares said OK.<\/p>\n
During the search, the report said, the officer found a baggie in his center console with what appeared to be pink cocaine inside, and also found a black Ruger firearm under the driver’s seat.<\/p>\n
Olivares was arrested, and the baggie of suspected cocaine was taken to the lab, and the gun found was taken to the Miami Police station.<\/p>\n
His BMW was towed from the area.<\/p>\n
According to the Drug Enforcement Agency, pink cocaine, also known as Tusi, is a mixture of different substances that gives a user mind-altering and hallucinogenic effects.<\/p>\n
