Yeah, it\u2019s not very visible,\u201d said Bill Harter. \u201cThere\u2019s not enough color. Nothing really jumps out at you. I think a different sign would be warranted.\u201dStill, not everyone agrees that the sign is a problem.\u201cYeah, I saw it perfectly fine,\u201d said Kelly Hawkins. \u201cI don\u2019t understand how you could not see it. It\u2019s pretty clear and simple. I think it looks good.\u201dCity officials said they were not previously aware of complaints about the sign\u2019s visibility.The sign installation is part of ongoing improvements at Jaycee Park, where crews are continuing construction and adding finishing touches.
