Garcia, 38, walked out of the building at 3901 SW 117 Ave. in handcuffs. Detectives accused him of shooting up a woman\u2019s 75th birthday party shortly after 1:05 a.m. on Friday, at a house at 910 SW 12 Ave.<\/p>\n
Surveillance video showed the victims in the front yard talking to Garcia, the gunman, before he fired at them, according to a Miami police officer\u2019s arrest report. <\/p>\n
Garcia, a neighbor, allegedly asked one of the victims where a friend who had offended him a week ago was, and the victim said the friend was in Cuba, according to the Miami police officer\u2019s arrest report. <\/p>\n
Miami Fire Rescue personnel took three gunshot victims — a 75-year-old woman, her 53-year-old son, and a 26-year-old man — to Jackson Memorial Hospital\u2019s Ryder Trauma Center, according to the Miami Police Department. <\/p>\n
Inmate records show Miami-Dade correctional deputies booked Garcia shortly before 1:35 p.m. on Saturday at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. <\/p>\n
Garcia faced four counts of second-degree attempted murder or aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, displaying a firearm while committing a felony, and unlawful discharge of a firearm in a residential property, inmate records show. <\/p>\n
