Cape Coral won the last time they faced Aubrey Rogers and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Seahawks blew past the Patriots 9-2. The result was nothing new for the Seahawks, who have now won five matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Emma Brannan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it’s clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on six hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn’t tossed less than eight strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Brielle Pachick, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double. That’s the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Buice, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

The win made it two in a row for Cape Coral and bumps their season record up to 8-3. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Aubrey Rogers, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-5.

Coming up, Cape Coral will square off against Lemon Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Seahawks’ pitchers better be ready for this one: the Manta Rays have averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season. As for Aubrey Rogers, they will take on American Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
