The Ellenwood, Georgia native was previously committed to Georgia Tech, but backed off his commitment in December of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>FSU has worked quickly to become a factor in his recruitment, offering him a scholarship on Jan. 29 and hosting him on a visit in March. That visit is why they are one of his finalists, Christie told Wolk.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Florida State is in my final four because, when I went down there, I felt the energy at their practices,&#8221; he explained. &#8220;I&#8217;ve also built strong relationships with all the coaches down there.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Christie is ranked as the No. 472 overall player and No. 56 wide receiver in the 247Sports composite. He is also the No. 51 player from Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Despite decommitting from them, Georgia Tech is still in a great spot to land Christie.
