It sits along the along the Orange River and is south of the Buckingham Community Center.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h925717-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">The purchase price was $630,000, with $25,000 in estimated closing costs. The county bought the land for the Conservation 20\/20 Land Acquisition Program.
