FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. \u2014 Online influencer Clavicular is a regular in front of a livestream camera. But on Thursday, the 20-year-old posed for the mugshot camera at the Broward County jail.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s because records show that Fort Lauderdale police arrested Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, on a misdemeanor battery charge.<\/p>\n
Peters\u2019 charge stems from an active warrant out of Osceola County, according to Broward Sheriff\u2019s Office jail records. Details about the case weren\u2019t immediately available, though officials with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department said Osceola County deputies had sought FLPD\u2019s \u201cassistance\u201d finding Peters Thursday night.<\/p>\n
FLPD officials directed further inquiries about the case to the Osceola County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
Peters is controversially known for his promotion of \u201clooksmaxxing,\u201d or maximizing one\u2019s own physical attractiveness and practices such as \u201cbone smashing,\u201d<\/a> or tapping one\u2019s face with a hammer as an attempt at jawline-sculpting. Outlets report<\/a> that he\u2019s also suggested using crystal meth to stay skinny.<\/p>\n He\u2019s considered to be part of the online \u201cmanosphere\u201d and is popular among young men.<\/p>\n Multiple outlets report<\/a> that the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission is also looking into a video in which Peters and others appear to shoot at an alligator in the Everglades.<\/p>\n \u201cThe FWC is aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator,\u201d the agency posted<\/a> to social media platform X. \u201cFWC officers are looking into the incident and will provide additional information when available.\u201d<\/p>\n
