Far-right streamer Clavicular was arrested in Florida Thursday \u2014 the same day the state launched a separate investigation into the \u201clooksmaxxing\u201d personality for shooting an alligator in the Everglades.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Clavicular, 20, whose real name is Braden Peters, was arrested and taken into custody Thursday in Broward County on a misdemeanor battery charge related to a warrant in Osceola County.<\/p>\n

Unrelated to that arrest, Peters earlier the same day shared to his Kick account video of himself in an airboat with some other men, all wielding handguns. The group stops next to what appears to be a dead alligator and then shoots it at least a dozen times.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, I think it\u2019s dead,\u201d Peters is heard saying.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Just after 8:30 p.m. Thursday, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said it was investigating<\/a> the incident.<\/p>\n

Shooting an alligator out of season (or without proper authorization) is a third-degree felony<\/a> in Florida. The FWC\u2019s regulation does not state whether this applies to an already-dead animal.<\/p>\n

Firearms are prohibited<\/a> in certain parts of Everglades National Park, under federal law. But it\u2019s unclear where the video took place.<\/p>\n

Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins wrote on X<\/a>\u00a0that he is \u201clooking forward to seeing charges pressed against those who would brazenly disrespect our laws.\u201d<\/p>\n

Peters in February was hosted by Orlando bar Knight Library as a \u201cspecial guest\u201d<\/a> at a ticketed event, where he received bottle service even though he is underage. He\u2019s also seen talking about \u201csorority girls\u201d with DJ Jammy, whose name is Jamaal Wallace<\/a>, at the primarily college-aged bar.<\/p>\n

(He was arrested weeks later in Arizona for using a fake ID<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

Peters made headlines earlier this year for clubbing and posting videos with other far-right, neo-Nazi personalities in a Miami bar. Videos circulated online<\/a> in January showing the group singing along to the Kanye West song \u201cHeil Hitler.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clavicular, Andrew Tate, Myron Gaines, Sneako and known white nationalist Nick Fuentes<\/a> are seen making the Nazi salute and singing along to the lyrics, \u201cN*gga, Heil Hitler!\u201d<\/p>\n

Peters is a frequent user of racial, antisemitic, anti-LGBTQ+ slurs and rhetoric against women. His platform centers on \u201clooksmaxxing,\u201d a controversial practice meant to optimize one\u2019s physical appearance through methods like using crystal meth to keep weight off and facial \u201cbone smashing.\u201d It\u2019s tied to the far-right-associated incel community and often focuses on eugenics and prioritizes white-associated facial features.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

He also reportedly hit a person with his Tesla Cybertruck<\/a> in December.<\/p>\n

Peter\u2019s Kick page<\/a> is empty as of Friday morning. It\u2019s unknown whether this is related to either his arrest or the investigation.<\/p>\n
