A wave of new dining spots is hitting Miami, from a 54th-floor Italian restaurant in Brickell to a cult-favorite chicken sandwich shop in Coral Gables. Here\u2019s a look at what\u2019s opening, where to find them and when you can go.<\/p>\n

The cult favorite chicken sandwich from New York is coming to Coral Gables<\/a><\/p>\n \u2022 Fuku, the chicken sandwich brand that started as a secret menu item at David Chang\u2019s Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York, opened its first South Florida standalone location at 135 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables on March 11. Sandwiches range from $10-$12, and a second location is planned for West Palm Beach this summer.<\/p>\n This luxury Italian restaurant is opening on 54th floor of a Brickell building<\/a><\/p>\n \u2022 Seia, a luxury Italian restaurant on the 54th floor of 830 Brickell, opened March 14 with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and works by Damien Hirst, Keith Haring and Andy Warhol on the walls. The Bastion Collection, the hospitality group behind Michelin-starred restaurants L\u2019Atelier de Jo\u00ebl Robuchon and Le Jardinier, is behind the project.<\/p>\n This elegant Japanese restaurant from Brazil opens in Coral Gables<\/a><\/p>\n \u2022 Mottai, a contemporary Japanese restaurant from Brazil\u2019s Attivo Group, is now open at The Plaza Coral Gables with 150 seats, a sushi counter and a menu created by chefs Brian Nasajon, Moritz Esser and sushi chef Hiroshi Shintaku.<\/p>\n
