The Beverly Townhouses would feature 92 townhomes in 19, two-story buildings.<\/p>\n<p>Floorplans would include two-bedroom and three-bedroom models, spanning 1,578 to 1,815 square feet. Renderings show that the homes\u2019 bottom floor would feature a living room, kitchen, powder room, and dining room, while the second level would host the bedrooms and laundry room.<\/p>\n<p>Communal amenities would include a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, swimming pool, and 291 parking spots. The firm is presently seeking a rezoning approval that would rezone the 18.6-acre site from \u201cagricultural district\u201d to \u201clow-medium dwelling.\u201d The site currently has a nursery operated by DynaServ Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Bohler Engineering is the civil engineer.
