Eddie Rodriguez, a HPD spokesman, said officers responded in \u201cemergency mode\u201d to the 600 block of West 15th Street, where they found an unresponsive man lying on the ground with injuries. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Rodriguez said Hialeah Fire Rescue pronounced the victim dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">He said detectives remained at the scene Saturday morning, processing evidence as the investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Baro Gonzalez, who works in the area, said he heard from locals about the shooting. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWhen we come in this morning, people say someone is dead. Last night about 10-10:30.
