The employee explained to the trio that they had \u201conly paid for one carry-on bag, but had two with them,\u201d and therefore would need to step out of line and pay for the extra luggage.<\/p>\n
The argument started when the Frontier employee told the women they would be removed from the flight if they did not pay for the extra bag.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe don\u2019t have to listen, let\u2019s just go,\u201d Nafisa, 30, allegedly told Davana, 26, and Dionjana, 21, per the arrest report.<\/p>\n
Despite the employee\u2019s warning that law enforcement would be notified if they tried to board the plane, the three women \u201crushed onto the aircraft\u201d by going through a door \u201cclearly marked restricted area, authorized personnel only.\u201d<\/p>\n
When deputies arrived, the Frontier manager explained why the women\u2019s boarding passes were being denied and requested they be removed from the plane.<\/p>\n
The women \u201crefused to comply\u201d when deputies told them they needed to leave the plane because their boarding passes were no longer valid. As they ignored \u201cmultiple warnings,\u201d all passengers on the plane were deplaned so deputies could carry out their arrest.<\/p>\n
A \u201cbrief struggle\u201d between the women and the deputies occurred before they were taken into custody.<\/p>\n
