Expect a menu featuring antipasti, fresh pastas and wood-fired elements. Cocktails and European wines feature in the beverage program.<\/p>\n

Fast Fine Restaurant Group, a global hospitality platform, is helming the concept. V launched in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2025.<\/p>\n
Rome Collective is a large mixed-use development underway at 202 N. Rome Ave. with multiple openings slated for this year, mainly from the Tastes Pretty Good team: Lumbre, a Spanish restaurant; White Wolf, an Italian concept; Salon at Carnivore Club, a wood-fired grilled meat spot; and Kingfish, a Japanese restaurant.<\/p>\n
