A member of the sheriff&#8217;s office confirmed the incident to 10 Tampa Bay News crews at the scene. <\/p>\n<p>PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. \u2014 The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtsp.com\/section\/pinellascounty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Pinellas County<\/a> Sheriff&#8217;s Office has launched an investigation Thursday night after one of its deputies was hit by a vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>It happened in the <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/AMqf1iVmej3gGB7N6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">area of 104th Street North at 107th Avenue<\/a> during an unrelated call for service.
