Amenities will include an 18-hole championship golf course, a resort-style pool and spa, culinary center with multiple dining options, wellness center and fitness center, as well as tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts. Sales are expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2027.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Azure at\u00a0Solaeris\u00a0will have 552 single-family homes and an amenity center with\u00a0pool, cabana, splash pad, basketball\u00a0court\u00a0and dog park.
