The Trojans will head out to challenge the Falcons at 4:00 p.m. Hialeah-Miami Lakes is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they’ve averaged 7.3 runs per game this season.<\/p>\n Hialeah-Miami Lakes is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Sheridan Hills Christian with a sharp 20-4 victory two weeks ago. The win continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Sharks: they’ve now won five in a row.<\/p>\n Jayden Chapman<\/a> was excellent, getting on base in two of his seven plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, there’s no place like home for Palmer Trinity, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Monsignor Pace 3-1.<\/p>\n Pedro Castillo<\/a> spent all seven innings on the mound, and it’s clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up 12 Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn’t given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.<\/p>\n On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Joshua Martinez<\/a>, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was David Herrera<\/a>, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.<\/p>\n Hialeah-Miami Lakes’ record is now 7-2. As for Palmer Trinity, their record now sits at 17-3.<\/p>\n Hialeah-Miami Lakes suffered a grim 10-0 defeat to Palmer Trinity in their previous matchup back in February of 2025.
