His family-run restaurant, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/p\/Starving-Like-Marvin-100086729655051\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/p\/Starving-Like-Marvin-100086729655051\/\">Starving Like Marvin<\/a>, sits in the center of the Pearl Square footprint. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">He told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WJXT4BrianaBrownlee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WJXT4BrianaBrownlee\/\">News4JAX reporter Briana Brownlee<\/a> and photojournalist Jesse Hanson that business is good, but the neighborhood needs more energy. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">However, he said he noticed the momentum in the area shifting. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cLast four years, business has been pretty good, and it\u2019s going to get even better,\u201d Hearman said. \u201cI heard previously that tenants didn\u2019t do too well.
