A Tampa property management and development company has been hired to oversee rentals at Hunters Point, the net-zero residential community in Cortez. Mainsail Lodging & Management will handle rental operations and property oversight at the waterfront development, created by Pearl Homes.<\/p>\n

Mainsail manages hotel properties and temporary furnished residences across the Southeast and Caribbean. Hunters Point will be overseen by the Tampa company\u2019s Mainsail Vacation Rentals division, which provides 24\/7 service and an operating platform that offers reservations coordination, guest services, housekeeping and maintenance oversight, offering what officials say is a turnkey solution for homeowners.<\/p>\n

Mainsail Vacations Rentals, which began in 2019, focuses on building and operating a portfolio of private homes in high-demand leisure markets. It offers the infrastructure of an established lodging operator \u2014 providing centralized reservations, revenue management, marketing and guest operations services \u2014 with the flexibility of a residential rental model, according to the statement.<\/p>\n
Already, Mainsail Vacation Rentals has multiple properties in the area in its portfolio. Among them are Waterline Villas & Marina, Mainsail Beach Inn and Mello on the Beach in Holmes Beach. Mainsail is also a partner of Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.<\/p>\n
