Tallahassee\u2019s annual FreeCon event, is happening this weekend. <\/p>\n
The anime, gaming, and pop culture event is hosted by the Japanese Animation Club of Tallahassee. Taylor Torres is one of the people helping to organize the convention.<\/p>\n
\u201cEffectively we offer the same convention experience that you would typically receive at a paid convention expect its totally free to the public. That includes FSU students and non-FSU students,” he said.<\/p>\n
The event features 30 panels, artists and other vendors. Its speakers this year include Patrick Pedraza, a voice actor most known for voicing Scaramouche in the video game Genshin Impact.<\/p>\n
