The program includes voluntary workouts, organized team activities (OTAs), and a mandatory three-day minicamp from June 16-18.<\/p>\n<p>      Why it matters<\/p>\n<p>The offseason program is an important time for NFL teams to get their players back on the field and prepare for the upcoming season. The Buccaneers will use this time to integrate new draft picks, evaluate returning players, and install their systems ahead of training camp.<\/p>\n<p>            The details<\/p>\n<p>The Buccaneers&#8217; offseason program will be divided into three phases. Phase One, which lasts two weeks, will focus on meetings, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation work. Phase Two, which lasts three weeks, will include more on-field work and instruction but no live contact drills.
